John Mclellan and Associates presented a paper at the First ever conference organised by the Ministry of Labour and the Institute of Public Health in Albania in May 2009. 

The paper titled "Setting a Sustainable Health Safety and Environmental Regulatory Framework " was presented by Dr Stephen Pathmarajah.
This paper sets out the summary of the research carried out in the UK to assess the “Effectiveness of Health Safety and Environmental Regulations for the UK Chemical Industry” and propose possible options that the Albanian Regulators may wish to consider in developing their regulatory framework.   A copy of the paper in English and in Albanian can be obtained by contacting Christine at info@jmclellan.co.uk
